Entry fee: $30. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 12 PM (NOON) ON FRIDAY, June 20th,2025. No entrees will be accepted after that. Please register using the following link: https://tinyurl.com/Roshen Chess Academy Tournament.

The first 16 players for each tournament with a USCF rating of 1000 or above will enjoy FREE entry into our tournaments. All female players will be eligible to participate in our tournaments for FREE. This tournament is also FREE for players from low-income or rural backgrounds.

The complimentary entries referenced above are provided by Roshen's Chess Academy as a discretionary, goodwill offering. They are not guaranteed entitlements. The Academy reserves the right to deny or revoke such entries at any time, particularly in cases involving unprofessional, disrespectful, or offensive conduct toward staff, volunteers, or other participants.

Although this initiative of giving free entries has been in place since January 2024 and has benefited numerous scholastic players, Roshen's Chess Academy retains the right to modify or discontinue the program at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Furthermore, recipients of a complimentary entry who fail to participate in a tournament without providing prior notice (cancellations must be submitted no later than 8 PM the night before the event) may forfeit eligibility for future complimentary entries. This policy is necessary due to the limited number of free entries available per tournament.

It's worth noting that Roshen Nair Foundation is also covering the expenses for players from low-income families.
