The OSCF endorses two rating systems: The Northwest Scholastic Rating System (NWSRS) and the US Chess Federation (USCF). All OSCF Championship Qualifier tournaments are submitted for rating to either the NWSRS or USCF -- or both. Before running either type of event, you need to download the latest rating and membership data from their web sites.
